استاندارد 6303-1 براساس استاندارد EN81 تدوین شده است . ایمنی استفاده کنندگان ، سرویس کاران و بهره برداران موضوع استاندارد است .

بازرسی پله برقی و پیاده روی متحرک
امروزه استفاده از پله برقی و پیاده رو های متحرک در مراکز عمومی از قبیل ایستگاههای مترو و قطار ، فرودگاهها ، پلهای عابر پیاده ، بیمارستان ها و مراکز تجاری در حال افزایش است . هدف از نصب این تجهیزات تسهیل در رفت و آمد افراد می باشد اما همواره استفاده از آنها بدون خطر نیست و با نگاهی گذرا به وضعیت پله های برقی و پیاده روهای متحرک موجود و گزارش شده و اهمیت بازرسی قبل از بهره برداری و بررسی صحت خدمات سرویس نگهداری مورد توجه قرار گرفته است . حوادثی در نفاط مختلف دنیا به وقوع می پیوندد که می توان با بازرسی به موقع و ایمن سازی دستگاهها بروز این گونه خطرات را کاهش داد و اطمینان و آرامش را برای استفاده کنندگان به ارمغان آورد .
افراد در معرض خطر در رابطه با پله برقی و پیاده روی متحرک :
- استفاده کنندگان
- سرویسکاران ، تعمیرکاران و بازرسان
- افراد حاضر در محدوده محل نصب دستگاه
خطرات احتمالی :
- خطر سقوط از روی دستگاه
- خطر حرکت کنترل نشده با سرعت بیش از حد مجاز
- خطر معکوسط شدن حرکت
- خطر گیر افتادن بین دو پله ( Step) یا بین دو صفحه حمل کننده (Pallet)
- خطر گیر افتادن بین پله / صفحه با شانه ( Comb )
- خطر گیر افتادن بین پله / صفحه و پاخور (Skirting )
- خطر برخورد با سازه و موانع ساختمانی هنگام قرارگیری روی دستگاه در حال حرکت
- خطر گیر افتادن دست بین دستگیره (Handrail ) و نرده balustrade
- خطر بریده شدن توسط لبه برنده در نرده ها و پاخورها
- خطر شکسته شدن پلهخ یا صفحه هنگام قرارگیری روی آن
- خطر ورود به داخل دستگاه در صورت نبود پله یا صفحه
- خطر برق گرفتگی
- خطر گیر افتادن بین
- قسمتهای محرک بدون حفاظ مانند چرخدندهها و زنجیر
- خظر عدم توانایی عملکرد ترمز در زمان ازدحام جمعیت قطع
- خطر خمش خرپا
عملیات بازرسی از پله برقی و پیاده روی و پیاده روی متحرک براساس استاندارد 1-13836 ( طبق استاندارد EN-115-1 ) شامل بررسی کلیه الزامات ایمنی استفتده کنندگان ، سرویسکاران و بازرسان و افراد حاضر در محدوده نصب دستگاه اندازه گیری و بررسی ابعاد ، فواصل ایمنی مندرج در این استاندارد ، فضاهای آزاد مورد نیاز قبل از ورود ، زمان قرارگیری روی دستگاه و پس از پیاده شدن مسافر ، آزمونهای تجهیزات ایمنی و عملکرد دستگاه در قبل از بهره برداری و بررسی مدارک و مستندات می باشد .
